Strategy and Ethics Committee

The Demeter fund relies on a strategy committee, made up of representatives of the principal investors
in the fund. Its role is to:
 – examine and decide on all issues relating to ethics or conflicts of interest which may be submitted
to it either by the management company or any affiliate or subscriber,
 – examine and decide on requests for exemptions from fund requirements when provided
for in the by-law (example: reinvestment after the investment period).

The firm Déontologie & Compliance will be responsible for periodic internal review, compliance and ethics.

An advisory board advises the management team regarding its choice of investments and provides market insights.
