The JMB ENERGIE group finds the way and means to accelerate its development by opening its capital to the Fund DEMETER and to the investment structures of the Languedoc-Roussillon and Champagne Ardennes regions: SORIDEC and IRPAC.
Located in the Hérault department, the JMB ENERGIE group managed by Jean-Marc Bouchet is a producer of renewable energy. It operates on the strong growth market of the designing, building and operating of solar and wind power plants, and more commonly of installations producing renewable energy (biogas, hydraulics...)
Building from its numerous years of experience, the group integrates all the necessary competences to carry a project from its conception to its exploitation as well as its manufacture and financing. The group currently operates 10 MW of
wind parks and has a portfolio of projects under development of more than 300 MW of which 42 MW with building permits in the wind and photovoltaic fields. It operates mostly in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Champagne Ardennes regions.
The operation led by DEMETER PARTNERS, aims at accompanying the JMB ENERGIE group in the continuation of its development. DEMETER PARTNERS will also bring its sectorial expertise and the possibilities of synergies with the other companies of the portfolio within the Fund it manages. SORIDEC and IRPAC will bring their ground knowledge.
DEMETER, SORDITEC and IRPAC will be able to hold 17% of the capital. The remaining balance of the capital is be held by Jean-Marc Bouchet.
