Strategic Committee :
The DEMETER and DEMETER 2 funds rely respectively on a strategic committee, made up of representatives of the principal investors of both funds, which have for role:
- to examine and decide on all subjects and/or issues relating to ethics or conflicts of interest which may be submitted (presented) to them either by the Management board, or by any affiliate or subscriber.
- To examine the compliance of the funds management in comparison with its by-laws and to decide on requests for exemptions from fund requirements.
Advisory Board:
A specific Advisory Board for each fund advises the management team regarding its investment strategy, markets insights and the choice of its investments.
Committee members are consulted at the request of the management team:
- Individually to contribute their expertise to a proposed investment, or
- Collectively at meetings held at least quarterly, during which final-phase projects are presented.
Through their composition, the Advisory Board covers all the sectors in which Demeter and Demeter 2 funds are involved (eco-industries and eco-energies).
