The team is made up of twenty one members in Europe including fourteen in France, five in Spain and two in Germany. The five management board members are Olivier Dupont, Stéphane Villecroze, Sophie Paturle, Michel Ronc and Lionel Cormier.
The team is characterized by strong individual competences, an in-depth knowledge of technologies, the current challenges and actors in the eco-industries and eco-energies, a broad network of contacts in these sectors and in private equity in France, Europe and North America, a practical experience of the various private equity segments (venture capital, expansion capital, LBO), complementary experiences, a long history of working together, expertise in private equity financing packages, outstanding “track records” (average IRR over 22%).
