Demeter's investment strategy is focused mainly on companies having already at their disposal products and customers.
The portfolio is made up primarily of "expansion capital" companies (approximately 60%) but also includes a few venture capital companies (20%), including those involved in the renewable energies emerging markets as well as 20% of majority equity participations (with or without leverage).
The portfolio of Demeter includes 22 investments averaging €4 M. The portfolio of Demeter 2 will include also approximately 20 investments averaging € 8M.
The geographic target is European (approximately 50% French).
